Who is responsible for your data

Romain POUTRAIN, entrepreneur individuel trading as Nookwise, 238 Chemin des Suvières, 83480 Puget-sur-Argens, France – contact@wolrea.com (the “controller”).

What we collect and why

Orders: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (optional), order content. Used to process, ship and support your order (performance of the contract).
Payment: handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not receive your full card details.
Customer service: your messages to contact@wolrea.com (legitimate interest).
Newsletter: your email, only if you sign up (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
Accounting: invoices are kept 10 years (legal obligation).

Who receives your data

Shopify International Limited (Ireland) – store hosting, checkout, emails.
CJdropshipping (supplier and fulfilment) – receives the name, address, phone and order content needed to ship your parcel. CJdropshipping is based in China and ships your order from China; this involves a transfer of data outside the EU.
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (Luxembourg) – if you pay with PayPal.
Carriers chosen for your delivery – name, address, phone.

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order data: 3 years after your last order for customer service, 10 years for invoices. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, or 3 years without activity.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@wolrea.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
