14-day right of withdrawal
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, without giving a reason. Email contact@wolrea.com with your order number, or use the EU model withdrawal form below.
Items under €20 (or C$30, A$30): no need to send them back
For items priced under this amount, we refund you without asking you to return the item.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item: no return needed
If your item arrived damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We refund or replace it, and you keep or recycle the item.
Other returns
For other items, we email you the return address. Please send the item back unused, in its original packaging, within 14 days after telling us. Return shipping costs are paid by you, except when the item is damaged, faulty or wrong.
Refunds
We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your withdrawal request. For returned items, we may wait until we receive the item or proof that you sent it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
