Where we ship
European Union (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden), Canada and Australia. The United States and the UK are not served yet.
Shipping costs
- EU: free over €35. Below that: €17.90 up to 250 g, €22.90 up to 500 g, €31.90 up to 1 kg, €50.90 above 1 kg.
- Canada: free over C$55. Below that, a rate based on parcel weight (from about C$11) is shown in your cart.
- Australia: free over A$59. Below that, a rate based on parcel weight (from about A$13) is shown in your cart.
The exact cost is always shown before you pay. For the EU, prices and shipping rates include VAT, import duties and customs fees.
Where your order ships from
Orders ship from our partner's warehouse in China. For EU orders, VAT, import duties and customs fees are paid in advance: you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. For Canada and Australia, low-value parcels are normally below the local duty threshold; if any local tax or fee were charged on delivery, contact us.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- EU: usually 4–11 days in transit; a minority of parcels can take up to 16 days
- Canada: 4–7 days in transit
- Australia: 6–10 days in transit

Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. See Track your order.
Several parcels
Items from one order, including kits, may arrive in separate parcels. You only pay shipping once.
Late or lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived by the latest date shown, email contact@wolrea.com. If it is lost, we send a new one or refund you.
