How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days, then usually 4–11 days to the EU (up to 16 days for a minority of parcels), 4–7 days to Canada and 6–10 days to Australia. Details on each product page and on our Shipping page.
Is shipping free?
Yes, over €35 in the EU, C$55 in Canada and A$59 in Australia. Below that, a rate based on parcel weight is shown in your cart.
Will I pay customs duties or VAT on delivery?
Not in the EU: VAT, import duties and customs fees are included in our prices and paid in advance. Orders ship from our partner's warehouse in China.
Do you ship to the US or the UK?
Not yet. We will announce it here when we do.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days. Items under €20 and damaged items are refunded without sending them back. See Returns & Refunds.
Why did my order arrive in two parcels?
Some items, including kits, are packed separately. You only pay shipping once.
How does the WELCOME10 code work?
10% off your first order from €45, once per customer. It works on all products except kits, which are already discounted.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or see Track your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Shopify Payments, and PayPal.
