1. Seller
Nookwise is a trade name of Romain POUTRAIN, entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), SIRET 904 962 230 00010, 238 Chemin des Suvières, 83480 Puget-sur-Argens, France. Email: contact@wolrea.com. These terms apply to all orders placed on this website by consumers.
2. Products
We sell home storage and organization products. Each product page states the product's main characteristics, dimensions, materials and safety information. Products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of your market (EUR, CAD or AUD). For deliveries to the EU, prices and shipping rates include VAT of the destination country, import duties and customs fees: you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.
4. Order and payment
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are shown on each product page and in our Shipping page. If your order has not arrived 30 days after the date given, you may cancel it and get a full refund. Free shipping applies above the threshold shown in your market.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you live in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. See our Returns & Refunds page for how to do it. We refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method.
7. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact us with a photo and we will refund or replace it.
8. Customer service and complaints

9. Mediation
If a dispute cannot be solved with us, you may contact the consumer mediator listed in our Legal Notice, free of charge.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
