FAQ

Which size do I need?
Take your tree apart and measure the longest section and the bundle height, then compare with the bag dimensions.

Will it arrive before Christmas?
Delivery times are shown on this page. Parcels can be slower during the December peak, so order early: we recommend ordering by 5 December for Europe and Australia, and by 10 December for Canada. We cannot guarantee a delivery date.
